T S I A由五位具理念之熱心家長於楊文雄邀集組織於 2024 年夏成立。初期工作是推廣有別於其他運動的樂趣，期盼經由家庭默契同樂共融，由基礎養成運動員品德、自律、積極兼具，體認雪地運動精神參與冬季運動競技。

T S I A 透過與國外的滑雪運動組織資源及技術訓練體系的合作，定位於發展完整的滑雪運動和支援系統。以期給予運動員所需的支持。 自許成為台灣最重要的滑雪運動員俱樂部。

Vision & Mission

TSIA was established in 2024 by Vincent Yang with an initial mission to train youth athletes to be active in winter sports in Taiwan.

Through the cooperation of foreign Nordic sports organization resource and technique training systems, TSIA is oriented toward the development of complete Nordic sports and support systems, as well as various disciplines for use by the athletes. 

As a result, TSIA hopes to become the most important Nordic sports development academy in Taiwan.
