Ian has coached many of Canada's top cross country athletes over the years.
Coaching level: NCCP L2C Trained.
Wax technician at all of the top FIS level Canadian races and IBU Junior World Championships.
Races many FIS World Cup Competitions & Ski Classics Marathons in his racing career before transitioning to coaching. Ian enjoys seeing athletes train and race to their full potential while being good ambassadors for their hometown and enjoying the adventure that training and racing brings.

Coach Jiancheng is one of the very few Taiwanese who has experience participating in international biathlon competitions.
The biathlete shooting skills accumulate with a unique experience, and the young coach is a passionate person and has high expectations for the development of the Biathlon in Taiwan.

Yaoyi is a very rarely, Taiwanese to have experienced in international competitions at biathlon. With experience and enthusiasm, he hopes that biathlon can continue in this country.
Athletic Trainer
Vivian Wang
A dedicated trainer and physiotherapist for the National Federation in charge of protecting athletes from the risk of injury. As a sports trainer, Vivian not only has extensive medical knowledge, but also has rich practical experience that can effectively prevent sports-related injuries. Moreover, as a physiotherapist, who can provide professional rehabilitation programs for athletes to help them recover completely after injury and return to the field. She is passionate about the biathlon and contributes her professional knowledge and skills to provide all-round support to athletes so that they can achieve their best performance in competition.
